When I first joined this gym a year ago, I couldn't run for many weeks due to severe runner's knee. Fast forward to now, I just completed my first full marathon in over 3.5 years! Thanks to the amazing coaches and classmates who've made strength training fun and effective. I'm now back on track with my love of marathons because of Advanced Wellness.

AW is everything I was looking for in a workout and more. Every workout is challenging, unique and keeps me motivated the full hour. I love the sense of community the trainers and fellow members bring, and my workouts are the highlight of my week! I signed up on a whim and it has been one of the best decisions I've made in years. Highly recommend!

I have never been a gym person, or considered myself into fitness, until now. The vibe at AW is awesome. Low stress, not intimidating at all, everyone is super nice and helpful. The instructors really pay attention and help you. I've gone from dreading the notion of working out, to actually looking forward to my weekly workouts! Thank you AW crew.
