I went to the gym and had a one-on-one personal training session with Patrick. I loved it! He is a highly professional trainer who corrected my form for each exercise. Additionally, he checked my body mass and muscles, explaining areas that needed more attention. Patrick also assessed my dynamic posture, identifying overactive and underactive areas, and corrected them. I gained valuable knowledge about efficient workouts. I highly recommend Patrick!

This location is sparklingly clean! It is so hard to find gym that has such a great service and pleasant environment combined. All staffs are friendly and very informative :) Well worth every penny spent! So worth it! Highly recommended ??

If you’re looking for an excellent personal trainer- you’ve come to the right place. Ask for Jaden! You’ll leave his sessions not only feeling powerful and strong- but also confident and invigorated! Jaden is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. That’s money well spent.
