“Excellent service! Marco was professional since day one. I felt the job (changing a roof turbine) was too small for a company. But Marco came quickly, and saw that the turbine on the roof was loose. He tried to fix it on the spot but it was completely busted. He came with the new one, punctual as the first time, he did an amazing job using material that will last, sent me the photos of the progress and I was completely satisfied. He treated my small job as if it was something big. He was always on time, he kept me posted of his ETA, and the cost was very affordable. I definitely recommend them and will call them for other jobs.“

We have had missing parts to our gutters for some time and it was finally time to fix them. We called rain gutters specialists and right away they sent over someone (sorry I forgot names) and he was such a knowledgeable man. He knew exactly where and what the issue was. “Our roof was over 25 years old and leaks had developed in the bathroom. We obtained a few estimates and contacted Preferred Roofing. Preferred Roofing replaced roofs for two other members of my family. Zach/Preferred Roofing came out to the house, examined the roof and explained our options. After we signed the contract, the project began approximately 2 months later (mainly due to my schedule). Project Manager Aaron was easy to work with and the project took approximately 4 days. “We received quotes from several other contractors who either charged too much, or said we couldn't add a second story. We worked closely with Shawn from start to finish and are incredibly pleased with the workmanship. He was patient with our questions and concerns, and all of the back and forth that comes with making big decisions involved in a home remodel. He's responsive and knowledgeable -- and continues to be -- even as the project has come to a close.

It was a long process (15+ months) to add a second story above our garage and completely remodel our living area, garage, and kitchen; this included tearing down walls to increase our square footage, but it was definitely worth the wait. As others have noted, the pace of work hit some snags due to torrential rains and permit issues, but all things that are outside of our control.

His team of workers are efficient and do quality work. We're pleased with how everything turned out and are amazed at what feels like a brand new home.“
