“This was my second time seeing Dr. Sophie Hsu. Had a great experience the first time, she will be my optometrist going forward. Today I was greeted by Sophia as soon as I walked in. Very friendly and welcoming. I was early so I had a little wait until my scheduled time. Dr. Sophie did a thorough examination, asked questions and listened to any concerns I had. “My family and I have been coming to Arrow Vision for over 6 years. Doctors Choi and Dr. Bettelheim are very detailed and thorough with their eye examinations. They provide a treatment plan and answer all your questions without rushing you out of the room. This is a big plus! ✅The staff is friendly and accommodating when setting appointments around your schedule. A few months ago, I had a regular eye exam. It was found that I had thickening of the gel like fluid behind my right eye, as I had been experiencing flashing lights and floaters. Dr. Choi alerted me after seeing the images of the back of my eye. Luckily, I was able to get authorization to see an Ophthalmologist at another doctor's office, and no retinal tears or detachment were found. The follow up exams were covered by my insurance. ? The Arrow vision center has parking for approximately 10 cars and a side ramp for wheelchair access. I highly coming here to get your eyes checked. They are proactive with your eye care needs.“

Getting an appointment was not problem and they stayed in touch to make sure we are still able to make the appointment. Once there they were very hospitable and the doctor was fantastic. They were all very friendly. We got our exams and chose the frames we want and look forward on receiving the glasses when they put everything together. I highly recommend this location.“

“This was the best optical experience I've had Dr. Lee was nice, funny, professional and very knowledgeable. I went in for annual eye exam and lenses and frames. All went well and I felt good about my exam, and picked some cute frames and got some eye drops for my extremely dry eyes. I recommend this place for your beautiful eyes and they also take kids as well. I will be back again next year.“
