Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. She did a very thorough vision exam on her, while explaining the reasons for the, along the way. In the end, she was honest in suggesting other options are tried first before purchasing glasses. I appreciate businesses that are genuine about the well being of their patients, rather than making the money. A very knowledgeable and honest optometrist that I will continue sending my family too.“

Good selection of frames. Could be a little larger but there are enough brands to select from. Staff is pretty nice. I was helped by Diane. She's attentive and professional. I have recommended this spot to some family members. I plan on returning next year.“

“Schulz Optometry is awesome! Angelica is the best. I've been a customer for the past 6-7 years and every visit to the office has been great. Last week I lost my glasses while on vacation. I called Angelica and she ordered the new lenses the same day. A few days later I stopped in and chose my frames...which are no longer available...but Angelica was able to find them for me. I picked up the glasses today and, as usual, everything is perfect. From the time I lost them until today's pick up was a total of six days. Fantastic customer service. “My family and I have been coming to Arrow Vision for over 6 years. Doctors Choi and Dr. Bettelheim are very detailed and thorough with their eye examinations. They provide a treatment plan and answer all your questions without rushing you out of the room. This is a big plus! ✅The staff is friendly and accommodating when setting appointments around your schedule. A few months ago, I had a regular eye exam. It was found that I had thickening of the gel like fluid behind my right eye, as I had been experiencing flashing lights and floaters. Dr. Choi alerted me after seeing the images of the back of my eye. Luckily, I was able to get authorization to see an Ophthalmologist at another doctor's office, and no retinal tears or detachment were found. The follow up exams were covered by my insurance. ? The Arrow vision center has parking for approximately 10 cars and a side ramp for wheelchair access. I highly coming here to get your eyes checked. They are proactive with your eye care needs.“

“Amazing experience with Rosemead branch representative Estie! Made 3 online orders on target-optical and it was a disaster despite very low appealing pricing. They declined my Kaiser e-signed vision prescription and requested a “paper version” with doctors wet signature. Representative on the phone highly unhelpful with poor English and asking questions repeatedly. Decided to come in store for help and Estie came to the rescue, helped me call target online to cancel orders right away to release my insurance benefits. (I did the same call and was told to wait 24 hours time before getting benefits back). She also took her time and help me with the reordering and fitting of frames, gave me the best discounted options.Tips to Kaiser members with electronic prescription- don’t order online unless doctors signature is on the form, best to just go in store especially this location!!“
