“I visited Seek Vision Optometry for the first time on Thursday, 12/28 for my 10:00 AM appointment and had a pretty good experience. I easily made an appointment on their website two weeks prior. However I did want to point out when navigating to their homepage/website, I keep getting a "Your Connection is Not Secure" Privacy Error text so just be careful of that. However, I don't prefer calling to make appointments so I still opted for their online appointment option, where you can select the specific OD, date and time. I also got a reminder call a day before, which I'm not sure if they provide text reminders (which I personally prefer haha).I went to the office a little earlier than my appointment at around 9:51 am and although I had filled out the pre-visit questionnaire online, I had to fill out another page. Their entry way is a little tight but there's a restroom on the left side as well as a little play section/ additional seating for little kiddos (def kid friendly). I waited until around 10:11 before I was taken to the back. The eye tech was nice but I noticed that she didn't clean the machine before she did the initial testings for me. I'm hoping that the machines were thoroughly wiped with alcohol before patients use them since you rest your chin on them but I wanted to point this out since it's the first time I've seen an eye tech not wipe them in front of you. I should have said something but I didn't. I was taken to my private room and waited a little longer to meet with Dr. Danielle Tsao. She was nice and the appointment was fast/efficient. I agreed to dilate my pupils but I felt like the whole appointment it was hard for my eyes to adjust when she did the screenings (like if this image was clear or not). I had a few questions, but not too much. She had her recommendations, which I appreciated. She is upbeat and seems to be personable so you feel comfortable.Parking: The lot can get a little packed depending on the time you go since there's not too many spots. However, I did not have an issue when I went. The parking spots are pretty small and the ground is uneven so note that it can be a little tricky to part. All in all, it was a pretty good appt, and I look forward to coming back!“
“I totally understand why Dr. Lin has 5 star reviews. He is definitely going to be my optometrist for all my future annual exams. He is very patient and attentive. It was nice that he didn't rush the eye exam like most of the optometrists that I have seen. I admire his bedside manners. He had a very sweet and smooth voice while taking the exams. I loved his wonderful attitude.I have seen optometrists more often than most since there was a time in which my vision was constantly changing due to my loss of my central vision in my right eye. It was nice that his office texted me the forms that needed to be filled out. It was nice that I was able to look for eyeglasses that I would like to purchase while I was waiting for my eyes to be exams. I love one-stop shop locations.I would highly recommend Dr. Lin and all of his employees!“

“I have been coming here for my glasses for years now. This updated review is way overdue. It has always been easy to get glasses from here. They carry glasses that are stylish and fit Asian faces. Both Jessie and Heather has good eyes for the frames that fit me, who really speed up the selection process. Looking at the other reviews, it is correct that they do not have an optometrist. It doesn't matter to me though. My optometrist at USC do a really detailed job compared to the optometrists that would be stationed at the Asian glasses stores. Recently my glasses became loose. I came to the store for adjustments. I waited by a table at the back entrance. There was a customer in the store, but Jessie still find time to also handle the adjustment in between serving this customer without making him feel not attended to. I would recommend this place.“
