“I had terrible neck and shoulder pain, I've been weight training for multiple years and Brazilian jiujitsu for a few years and I'm always in some sort of pain. To top it off I'm a personal trainer and still couldn't figure it out. I saw a chiropractor and it helped but not as much as what Naomi did. She took the time to assess the problem and get a proper diagnosis. Naomi pinpointed the problem to the upper back and scapular retraction. After the first session I was in immediate relief, and felt more upright with significantly less tension. I highly recommend to this to athletes and non athletes alike, her space has a full set up with access to workout equipment. Naomi confirmed the appointment the day of and before and I left there with a new understanding of how the body works, and it goes to show you that it's all about the basics.“

“feel so fortunate to have found Teresa and LiveSmart Chiropractic! Dr. Teresa Crossley began seeing me in my 2nd trimester. I have always gone to a chiropractor throughout my fertility treatments, but never to someone who specialized in maternal and infant care. What a difference!! It sounds like a no-brainer, but even if you love your chiropractor, while pregnant and in post partum, seeing someone specialized in what is going on with your body is so important.I’m 42 years old having my first baby and my entire pregnancy I was amazing! No aches, no gestational diabetes, no preeclampsia, no scares - I felt truly fortunate to be able to have the quality of care that she provided. Now that I am a mom, getting around is hard! She books up, but is flexible! Once you’re in her care she will work with you on scheduling. Being able to bring my baby in for a family visit and both be seen is so critical during the newborn stage. My baby and I had a rough delivery so it was very important to me that he was checked out to ensure no tightness so he could latch well while breast feeding. We were able to get in and she knows how to handle newborns. Don’t be scared! If your baby cries, when your baby cries I should say, she is gentle and won’t rush him or her along. There’s a softness to her.I can’t say enough great things about her! And she’s hilarious too!“

“Jeffers has made a difference in my family's health. In one instance, Keith Jeffers has helped a member of my family with dizziness and fainting cause by cervical and occipital issues when MD's could not to regain functionality. I go because the treatment is gentle and the functional aspect treats conditions for which there is little help in conventional medicine. Thank you, Keith and Scott Jeffers!“

I saw how happy he was while he was sharing the positive results that their patients received from their treatment which is very encouraging for me who is receiving the same treatment. Did I mention the good deal he gave me? I don’t mind driving down here again to SD from OC for big savings and services from a great Doctor. The name of their clinic is truly their goal.. to FIX.“

“Michael is, to me, a healer. He has a wide knowledge of human bodies and how they work and so, can help them to get better, stronger, etc. My first visit was wonderful, though I understand this is a process and all will not be magically healed in one day. I am so glad I found Makari wELLNESS.“

From old Army injuries (sprained ankle from Airborne School 1984) to recent aches and pains from carrying my 30lb grandson on my right hip for too long - I feel like I have a new lease on life. Seriously, pay a few dollars more and try the Active Release technique Dr K utilizes. You’re worth it !“

“We’ve been coming to Dr. Hackett for years now. Finally getting around to the review. Better late than never. Dr. Hackett’s chiropractic expertise shines through as we typically come in with some injury rather than maintaining a consistent routine. She had always been easy to work with, thorough, welcoming, and patient. She is well trusted with our health and well being. Never had any issues and hope to continue to see the good doctor for many years to come. Thank you much!“

“Gail is my go-to massage therapist and has been for years since I got into an auto accident that ultimately totaled my car. I've also had previous back surgery and Gail knows how to use the firm pressure I need to release the areas where I have big stubborn knots while also being careful in the areas of my surgeries/injuries. Gail really is a very intuitive healer and I would highly recommend her massage to anyone! Also - pro tip- if you're able to save up just a little more it is TOTALLY worth it to upgrade to the 90 minute massage. This allows more time to focus on the problem areas. This time around I also got cupping which I also highly recommend!!!! Thank you Gail!“

“Just saw Michael today for the first time. I’ve been going to chiropractors for over 20 years and Michael is not only a great person who cares enough to get to know you, but he’s engaging, explains what he does really well, and is a great balance of the older knowledge with all of the new knowledge when it comes to chiropractic care. To top it off, his treatment of me felt very tailored to my needs and not an off the shelf generic treatment. I plan to go back on a regular basis and couldn’t recommend him more. They also accept medical insurance.“

Ca Orthopaedic Institute Physical & Occupational Therapy Clinic Sports Medicine

“We all know how stressful recuperating from a major surgery (total knee replacement) can be. Add to it I did not even have any assisted devices to help me move about afterwards (walker, crutches) due to poor planning. After the first week at home, Physical Therapy reached out to me and asked where you? I had to explain that due to poor planning I do not have any crutches to move about and plus maneuver my stairs to attend. I assumed that I should have such crutches for our next session. The next session arrived, and still no such devices but more excuses. I was told later to come by and pick them up and pay for them? I explained how in world do I maneuver my stairs and pick up crutches and plus I've already met my deductible and out of pocket so I should not be charged? I basically at that point ordered a pair from Amazon for expedited delivery. Not soon afterwards Francesca the supervisor from Ca Orthopaedic Institute Physical & Occupational Therapy reached out to me and said I am less than 10 minutes away and will deliver crutches to you donated from previous clients. This is not what they do as a service at all. I was shocked during her lunch she was at my porch and made sure they fitted properly. I was quite frankly blown away from this kind gesture after all I went through. She scheduled me for the next day's first session and there afterwards. I want to give a special shout out and thanks to Francesca for going beyond and helping me at this stressful event. You are awesome! You are dynamite! You are extraordinarily. Thank you!“
