I recently have started exercising more regularly to get back in shape. As a result I was experiencing a lot of muscle tightness and soreness. Dr. Jennifer Mulford and Dr. Rachelle Mulford were very helpful in addressing my issues and also provided an excellent nutrition consultation on supplements that would benefit me. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Dr. Rachelle Mulford has been my spine and overall health saviour for the past 2 years! I first started seeing her when I could not stand straight up without feeling a sharp pain throughout my whole my lower back due to my profession (Dental Hygiene). After my first adjustment, I could not stop going back! Since then, she has helped me through excruciating neck pains, upper back pains from a car accident, nutritional analyses, fitness and stretching exercies, rotated sacrum (you do NOT want to know what a rotated sacrum feels like!), muscle treatments, and scar tissue reduction! I first started going to Dr. Mulford four years ago when I injured my groin playing high school baseball. The treatment I received was more than excellent and I recovered much quickly than I anticipated. Ever since then I go in for routine maintenance because as she says I like to break myself playing sports and just living an active lifestyle. The office atmosphere is fantastic and she really knows her stuff. I would recommend to full-time athletes, people with lingering injuries/pains or anyone in general who wants to feel better. Don't hesitate to go I promise you won't regret it!
