    We recently purchased a Mah Jong sofa at the UTC store and we felt compelled to highlight the excellent customer service that we received from Shanna Nilsson throughout that process. It took us at least three in-store visits and taking home fabric swatches after two of those visits to finally decide on the final fabric combinations. Toward the end, we went a bit crazy and looked to change things up, but then reverted to the original design that we loved. Shanna was incredibly understanding, patient and attentive.
