I have had two separate large projects completed by the Closet Factory. I have no hesitation in recommending them.The first one involved a complete re-do of the laundry room and new closets (including a murphy bed) for two guest rooms. The second was a complete renovation of the master BR walk-in closet.Jennifer Lavoie was the designer for both. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and will make sure that the agreed upon design is executed according to plan. She kept in frequent touch with me to make sure everything was going well.The installers were terrific. They came on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Hilary did a fantastic job designing our new office built-in. Wow! It is even better than we expected. The whole team at Closet Factory did a great job. They kept us informed thru every step. David the installer (and his assistant) were so good…very focused on quality and detail. We could not be happier.
