We had such an outstanding experience working with Jeremy. Our HVAC recently went out and we had a number of technicians from other companies diagnose and recommend repairs that were ultimately not needed. Kind of like going to the dentist and being told you need a root canal when all you need is a cleaning. Jeremy not only took the time to explain the bigger picture, but made sure that we understood all of the little things in between (as well) so that we could make the most informed decision for our home repair.
