“Dr. White is warm, caring and realistic. I appreciate his honest and transparent approach to my vision care. He doesn't push for anything that's not needed. As a matter of fact, he even taught me how to extend the life of my contact lens because I don't have much protein build-up, which meant I am able to keep my lens on for longer duration before needing to discard them. The office staff are kind and it is really nice to be able to schedule appointments within a reasonable amount of time and not have to wait weeks or months. Right when we walked in it felt like class A service such a nice change from all other glasses experience before. He took the time to explain and listen to all our questions and concerns. He never tried to up sell or push us towards any decision and let us take all the time we wanted to choose frames. I must have tried on over 50 frames. Never had such a great experience buying glasses.<br>The choice of frames are designs from Korea and comparable pricing to typical American brand pricing but much better designs imo. What is truly amazing and sets them apart is that they have everything in house so we were able to choose, and take home our glasses within an hour! I have a pretty high prescription too. I felt like he really took the time to make sure it fit my face before fabrication and after to ensure it fit perfectly. Gone are the days of waiting a week for glasses.<br>They work with all insurances (we have VSP) and help you through how to get property reimbursed. They also offer free cleaning and adjustments regardless if you buy frames with them. Truly a great place to buy frames if you want someone who really cares about your glasses satisfaction.“

“I first visited this Warby Parker location in August. I forgot the associate's name who helped me but she was wonderful - welcomed me in, explained the entire Warby process for both glasses and contacts, and helped me select frames that suited me best. I don't buy new prescription glasses often as I rely on my contacts mostly, but I love the new frames I chose! I believe all their listed prices include both frames and lenses. I paid $145, and a bit extra for the thinner lenses. They had frames available for as low as $95, which is a great deal for the quality. I didn't even need to bring in a physical prescription (some places require physical), she just took a photo of my prescription from my phone and uploaded it to their system. The purchase was smooth and my glasses arrived looking great. I needed the glasses adjusted so I came back to this location in September and had another great experience. Isaac took wonderful care of my glasses and fitted them perfectly. All the associates were super friendly with my dog and kept him company while my glasses were being worked on, even offering my dog treats :) Overall great location, with friendly staff and a great selection of frames :) definitely recommend!“
