I visited this optometry office looking for new frames only so I did not see the doctors. I was having a hard time finding frames I like at other offices until I came here. Wendy at the front was SO helpful in the best ways in helping me narrow down a choice. She watched me pick on my own for a while and when she got a gist of my preferences she brought out more that were similar. Every pair I tried on I loved more than the last. There was no rush, her feedback was honest and helpful, and overall this experience left me feeling really taken care of. Very friendly and welcoming! Going into my first visit, I had alot of questions. Although Dr. Jenn, Dr. Chinn and staff member Emily were very thorough during the testing process and assisted me with different options that best cater to my needs for vision care. Emily is very informative, knowledgeable, and kind! She goes the extra mile for everyone I've seen her interact with and with myself. 10/10!
