Buyer/Leaser BEWARE!!!!!!!We have been stuck in a horrible lease with Konica Minolta for nearly 5 years. We leased a BizHub and some sort of "magical scanner" that has never worked (it certainly never did what the salesperson promised it would do either).We have complained and tried to return the scanner and their shady financing company does not allow contacts to be cancelled no matter the reason. In California (where we conduct business) there is a no pre-payment penalty law, their finance company is in Florida where there is no such law. As an employee of Hershey Technologies I'm a bit biased, but I also spend 8 hours a day here. The people are like a family. They treat their customers well. They've been in business for 20 plus years and have been doing Kofax since the beginning and SharePoint since it was cool.
