    My old Lenovo laptop (T400s) was overheating - a lot. For many tasks I had to set it on an an ice pack, even software upgrades. I called multiple vendors about cleaning the vents. Most places did not want to attempt it. CCC said it would take less than a day but I had to drop it off and wait (backlog in their repair shop) and it might take 4 weeks. Since it was my only solution, I went ahead. 7 days later they said I could pick it up. They had cleaned out the vents and surrounding air flow areas. Cost was less than $100. It has been running perfectly. They did a great job.

    I have been to the place today to show my laptop not charging and switching on. The staff is very professional, the guy who helped me maintained social distancing even asked me to stand at right spot, I heard the manager was telling an employee to wear mask and reminding about the consequences. During this time taking Covid seriously really shows their care to customers and their employees. Since they have a long backlog due to Covid virus I couldnt submit my laptop for repair but the guy was quickly able to check my charger and rules out one issue. I like how they operate and in future if needed I will go to them.

    EXCELLENT service. Had a home Lenovo desktop under warranty. Dave answered my call and was quick to verify they could service under my warranty. Upon arrival Mike quickly helped, analyzed, troubleshot and repaired my issue while I waited. Wow! If you want quick professional service these are your guys.
