“I cannot begin to thank Certified Restoration enough for the diligent help they provided our family and home during a recent flooding and mold issue. Long story short our house is built into a canyon and we flooded from ground water underneath our walls/baseboards during a recent big storm and, unfortunately, this turned into a mold issue. They helped us address both the removal of the flooded material and the cleaning of the mold in our entire home and did a fantastic job. Tyler, Tad and Tomas were our go to contacts throughout the entire process and each was responsive, kind and went out of their way to help. To say the least having mold in our home with a toddler was quite a stressful situation. Every time I spoke with one of our contacts they really took the time to listen to me and my specific concerns about our unique house (part built in 1915 and part in 2015) and situation. When I needed to schedule the next steps with them as we worked our way through everything, they were able to accommodate us in no time at all. I'm happy to say that we are back in our home and feel safe and confident that the mold is gone, and our house has been cleaned top to bottom. I'm truly grateful that during a terrible situation we were able to work with such a great group of people.“

Upon explaining my situation, a man named Omar offered me the convenience of me sending over photos so he could look at it immediately. “Chris came for a free inspection during the heavy storms this winter. I had water coming into my garage through the foundation walls and up through the concrete floor. Chris was quick to answer my request and to come to my house, he was honest, thoughtful and was extremely accommodating and friendly. “I had the best experience with Vangard renovations.We had an insurance claim because our house had a leak which lead to water damaged. We needed to change all the dry wall and the entire flooring. The company was pretty efficient. They had our things moved in and out within 2 days. The dry wall went up and painted within a week. Lastly the flooring took no more than 5 days. The company did a deep clean of the house which we really appreciated. All the workers were on time and professional.Our contractors name was Brett. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through every step and communicated with us about everything. When we talk to Brett is was almost like a breath of fresh air because in the stressful situation of our house he really understood where we were coming from and was willing to work with us every step of the way.We really couldn't recommend him enough.When it came to pricing, our insurance company accepted their quote so I assume they are fairly priced.The only con we have is the moving company did chip my glass dresser when they were moving it up and down the stairs. But its nothing too extreme.“

He was knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy. His crew did a wonderful job, cleaning up every afternoon before they leave. He was on site couple of times, checking the progress.Today, I called and asked him to check the attic after the tropical storm, Hilary, hit San Diego. We just put up a new roof. We want to make sure the insulation is alright. He promised he will send his crew to check it out.We are so pleased with Attic Health.“

Robert the technician was very professional and explained thoroughly what will be done to clear mold and dry out water. My plumber Nathan- plumbing 101 was the referral. Jeremy and Andy arrived, advised on what steps that were to be taken in my kitchen. Both extremely well manner, polite and very professional.
