Certified Restoration did a great job at my house. From Tyler in the office to the on-site team of Tomas, Hugo and Arturo they exemplify what customer service should be. They are knowlegable, respectful and efficient. I highly recomend Certified Restoration.
The company helped us remediate crawl space debris after a water intrusion from a failed sump pump. Our experience was quite positive. Tomas and Hugo did a great job explaining the project, and they were punctual and very thorough. I would definitely recommend the company to others.
I cannot begin to thank Certified Restoration enough for the diligent help they provided our family and home during a recent flooding and mold issue. Long story short our house is built into a canyon and we flooded from ground water underneath our walls/baseboards during a recent big storm and, unfortunately, this turned into a mold issue.
