“I had the best experience with Vangard renovations.We had an insurance claim because our house had a leak which lead to water damaged. We needed to change all the dry wall and the entire flooring. The company was pretty efficient. They had our things moved in and out within 2 days. The dry wall went up and painted within a week. Lastly the flooring took no more than 5 days. The company did a deep clean of the house which we really appreciated. All the workers were on time and professional.Our contractors name was Brett. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through every step and communicated with us about everything. When we talk to Brett is was almost like a breath of fresh air because in the stressful situation of our house he really understood where we were coming from and was willing to work with us every step of the way.We really couldn't recommend him enough.When it came to pricing, our insurance company accepted their quote so I assume they are fairly priced.The only con we have is the moving company did chip my glass dresser when they were moving it up and down the stairs. “This review is long overdue! Our home insurance company (who super sucks, but they'll get their review once my dealings with them are over) is who set up Rainbow Restoration to come out for an emergency visit due to our water heater bursting and filling our rooms (literally) an inch deep in water. I'm not gonna lie and say I wasn't apprehensive about who our insurance contracted to come out. Rainbow was out at daylight the following morning, and from the beginning, they were very professional. Thomas was our project manager, and he was also the one who followed up with us in person daily. The first day, he went over what the protocol was, what their plan of action was, and what to expect over the forthcoming days. They came in, tested for moisture, and began to cut out the damaged walls/flooring, etc. They took as little as they could while removing ALL of the moisture damage, which I appreciated. They sectioned/sealed off the wet portion of the house, set up a ton of fans and a dehumidifier, and they were on their way. There wasn't anything else they could do but just wait for the moisture to dry out. Thomas came by daily to test multiple sites for moisture content and would advise on where we were at and where we needed to be. When everything was finally dried up, he cleaned up his equipment (fairly quickly, too), vacuumed up, and asked me if I'd like for him to leave up any sections of the plastic for any future construction. I told him he could take it all --in hindsight, I should have left it. **One important thing I will note for anyone who may not know: it's not the job of the restoration or remediation company to perform any construction to replace drywall or anything that was cut out, as it's only their job to get rid of the moisture. I knew this going in, so it wasn't a giant surprise that the back of my house was bare bones.“

“Israel texted he was on his way last week to steam clean tile floor & grout. He arrived at appointed time to clean a 10’x20’ empty room. Grout had various shades of color due to studio being rented 13 yrs and never been steamed cleaned and had various room size rugs covering the floor.
After the job was completed the grout was still damp so I told Israel I’d wait till it was dry before doing my review.
Two days later I checked and grout was all one color now and floor looked great, except I noticed a few of the large tiles in the middle of the room looked like they were dirty. I bent down to touch it with my fingers, and it felt like some sort of a residue came off on my hand. I figured I would just wash it off with water, but that only smeared whatever that product was that was left on the few tiles in the center of the room.
Early this morning, I decided to text Israel and sent him a couple of pictures to let him see what I was seeing and describe what I had felt and that I had tried to wash it off with water, but it didn’t seem to want to clean up well.
He called me and we talked about it and I was just asking if maybe I should use a mixture of half vinegar half water to clean it and he said he was going to come and take a look at it.
He arrived promptly again at designated time and he went in, saw what I was trying to show him, and said he was going to clean it with something special and he ended up what I thought was doing the whole floor but he said it was only around the area I had pointed out. Anyway it turned out perfect. I told him I had only wanted to ask him if I should use something else to try to clean it with and he came and he did it again no problem.
I really appreciated that.
I will use this company again for their great service and a partial redo of a section that for some reason didn’t get rinsed off properly in one small section.
My new tenant is moving in Thursday and I was so happy City’s Finest Carpet Care was able to accommodate me so quickly.
Also the price was very reasonable especially with a Groupon special I was able to use. Other companies I had called wanted a flat $250 and $200 for 10’x20’ room. City’s price was in the $150+ range but with a limited time % off Groupon coupon I got it for $97.
