This has been my only experience with pilates, ever, and the bar was definitely set really high. =) The studio was really cute and clean and Daniella was wonderful. She explained exactly what I needed to do and why and she has a very mild mannered and friendly personality. I am a weight lifter and over the years created some junky muscle patterns and after just one session with her I felt more balanced and even. I would highly rec. her to anyone out there!

Daniella is the best! I’ve knows her for many years and wouldn’t go to anyone else for Pilates.
