I absolutely love Pilates Plus PB - I’ve taken just over 50 classes and can feel myself getting stronger. I’ve seen a huge increase in the control I have over my body due to the pace. There has not been a single instructor that I wouldn’t take their class again!

I wasn't familiar with Lagree before my visit, also only having done reformer pilates one other time in the past. What a fantastic blend of low impact, core and stability centered workouts with the extra unf from Lagree at its higher intensity level. Loving it so much. New to the studio and everyone has been super friendly. The instructors are motivating and also very helpful with modifications if need be. Each time I visit I chat with someone new and it gives an air of a supportive and friendly vibe. My first day I immediately felt comfortable with an intro to the reformer machine before class started. I was a gym fanatic before and then hot yoga for the last few years...read full review

This studio has been my go to Pilates spot for 2 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say! Having only done traditional Pilates prior, I did one Lagree class here and was hooked. They have tons of options for class times and all the instructors are so welcoming! You'll always leave feeling like you got a great workout!
