Joseph and team perform an excellent job staining our cabin and replacing bad exterior wood where needed. They started the job as promised and were always on the job to complete promise timeframe. Rojas construction did major work on our duplex this year - turning a downstairs den into a bedroom and updating the kitchen. Then, Rojas turned our back garage / shed into a one bedroom, one bath separate rental unit. They handled permitting, drafting, and end to end construction. Rudy was always friendly and very responsive. He handled the surprises and issues that inevitably come up in construction very well. He came in on time and on budget. He did so well that we're having him do some additional work on our other house and rental property. Thanks Rudy!

I found Rudy through a referral from a mom in Redwood City. And he is also the preferred contractor of my structural engineer. Rudy and his crew helped me take down a load bearing wall and remodeled the whole kitchen. Because we have a newborn that needs her room, timeline was really tight for us! Rudy delivered on his promise (finished the project in 12 weeks) and did a fantastic job. His crew worked overtime to make sure we can move in before end of Oct. Through interactions with him, I could tell that he truly cares about my family. Additionally we had nothing that was in the contract that went over budget! Could that even happen nowadays? Loved his work and his crew.
