This review is long overdue. Kevin painted our living room, installed new flooring, and retiled our fireplace last fall. He advised us on paint colors to avoid having our room appear too dark and was very helpful in assisting us select our tile for the fireplace and hearth. The initial tile we selected was beautiful but much too fragile. Kevin recommended we find a stronger material for the hearth. So glad we did! The results were stunning. Kevin is extremely hard working and always arrives on time. He works tirelessly throughout the day by himself without a break. If you are looking for an experienced and conscientous contractor, look no further.

We're currently remodeling our condo in San Mateo and we were recommended Kevin through a real estate agent acquaintance, who, by the way, uses Kevin on her projects. Kevin is VERY thorough in his work, beginning with his project proposal, recommendations for materials, and updating his progress. We had Kevin start with our guest bath, a very outdated (circa 1980s) room. Demo was done quickly with very little disruption to our normal day. Cleanup was just as efficient!
