“We decided to convert from a gas furnace to a heat pump to lower our carbon footprint and also because we have sufficient photovoltaic supply. We sought 3 bids, and chose to work with TechPro because of their fair pricing (not the lowest) and their apparent leanings towards being service oriented. The installation went smoothly, on schedule as promised. In replacing an existing furnace system, they discovered some field adjustments that needed to be made, and did not charge extra. All the workers were cordial, friendly, attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. They kept the job site clean and in order. We've been running the system for about 3 months now and its great. We did have a blown fuse last week and they came out and did a warranty repair within two days. Communication is great with attentive and quick emails and text responses from and to the office. I highly recommend them for any project you may have.“

“These folks are great. We are in Quarantine at home with a broken/leaking water heater. It's frustrating! you start calling for service and nobody answer the phone due this coronavirus. I asked my sister if she knows somebody. She used Bay Air HVAC for a few of her needs and gave me their phone. I called them and the voice mail came on and said that they are closed, but leave the message and somebody will call back. So I did. A few minutes later I received a call back and I stated that I was referred. They said that were helping only to customers, but, they will book and come today later 2-4 pm. THEY CAME ON TIME and gave me and estimate with a senior discount and replaced the water heater within 3 hours. They saved me, my wife and 2 grandkids.
