“Our washing machine was not draining. I contacted Samsung service hotline and was told it could be a drain pump issue, they would send a service technician, but we had to move the dryer that's sitting on top of the washing machine ourselves. So I contacted couple of handimen to help move the dryer but none of them was able to come. Finally, after about a week of no washing machine, I went on Yelp to find an appliance repair company. Mike picked up the phone, asked me to snap some pictures of the washing machine. He ordered the drain pump replacement and when it arrived, he came to our home. Turned out, it was not a drain pump issue. The drain was clogged from a bunch of hair clumped together. Mike and his partner figured it out, removed it, and the washing machine worked fine after. We didn't have to pay for a new drain pump. So I cancelled the service technician from Samsung. It's been months since this happened and our washing machine still works fine. “These folks are great. We are in Quarantine at home with a broken/leaking water heater. It's frustrating! you start calling for service and nobody answer the phone due this coronavirus. I asked my sister if she knows somebody. She used Bay Air HVAC for a few of her needs and gave me their phone. I called them and the voice mail came on and said that they are closed, but leave the message and somebody will call back. So I did. A few minutes later I received a call back and I stated that I was referred. They said that were helping only to customers, but, they will book and come today later 2-4 pm.
