Simon is a great guy, incredibly knowledgeable, deeply invested in patient health. Been a patient and friend for years (it's next to impossible to be one and not the other with him). Great staff as well, his office runs like a machine.

I get my vitamin boosts here recommend the b12&b6 for energy and happiness . Honestly I feel like they make a huge difference in my daily mood and motivation. Helps a lot with being a mom to 3 toddlers . Also the staff here is so amazing. Dr Simon especially has a way with making you feel so comfortable for the adjustments

Im very disappointed in this place. I actually really like Simon. Super friendly and fixes your problems. My issue isn't with him but his staff. I asked his front desk staff if they can make sure my insurance also covered acupuncture. They assured me that it did and they sent the 1st claim to my insurance which in return my insurance told them i would have to send them the bill to be reimbursed. A few months later and a few treatments done i contact my insurance to send the bill and they tell me my insurance has to send the claim that they only have the member send claims if its out of network. Red Flag! I call Simons office and explain to the lady what was going on (who stated she was the manager). She informed me that no one would have told me insurance covers acupuncture because they're acupuncturist hasn't accepted insurance in 10 years! Wait? What!? I then asked her then why would her staff assure me more than once that i was good to go? Her response was, idk what to tell you. Ive worked with insurance before and i know how a-lot of private private places like to get away with taking your money and thats how i feel right now. On top of that trying to get someone to answer the phone is like a single mom trying to get in contact with her dead beat baby daddy.
