Francine at Rise Acu is a Gem! Found her through a mutual friend and she has been the best acupuncture I have ever had. She listens to everything you say and knows exactly what is going on. Not only for physical pain, but also emotional and mental healing. Francine makes everything comfortable and explains everything in detail; What she is doing, why she does it, and what she is going to do next. Super clean and organized. Francine is amazing!! She's incredibly kind and thoughtful. I consulted with her on my nerve-pinched pain (I was limping and unable to walk as my due date approached) and she helped me resolve it without hesitation over the phone during this crazy Covid time. Also, she helped me with moxibustion (in person) to help my baby flipped (post 2x ECV attempts). Although, it didn't work and I still needed to get a C-section, I was so grateful and appreciated of her service. I highly recommend her! Thank you, Francine, for being so wonderful.
