“Responce time and repair. With storms on the way they did the job correctly. Time will tell . Thanks for your services.“
“We were hoping against hope that our roof would survive the storms of 2022/23 but no such luck. Our roof was 25 years old (our house is in SF's Sunset neighborhood)so we knew it was time. Luckily, our contractor friend recommended Al Jr's Roof Inc and we are so glad he did. We called and Al came the next day and gave us the estimate which was reasonable. We were put on the list and by early March our roof was done! They did a great job and yes, I went up to the roof with Al to check it myself! Al is a great guy and even better he and his team did fabulous job. And it has rained since they replaced it in early March and no leaks! Thanks Al, you guys did a great job!“
“This is my opinion only and although the service was great I would like to note about the estimate process. I was shown and not given a written estimate and some parts wasn't legible plus this paper estimate wasn't given to me till after the work was done. Most other companies will give you a online or paper estimate for you to keep and a final estimate with total price of what they did and labor. Need to write the estimate more legible or give customers estimates online. There was a miscommunication on last service where I wanted to replace my gutters all around Oscar said my gutters were still good and I told him there was some leaks at parts of the gutter. I thought I paid $300 to fix the leaks and remove my leaf filter since we don't have any trees around our property. Then I found out they removed the leaf filter and only flushed the gutter for the price. Now, for sealing the leaks and repairing a gutter that's too low from eave will be $580.<br>Make sure you and the person giving the estimate are clear what you want done for the price you are paying before accepting the work to be done.“
