Terrific customer service from Jeremy again!When I arrived for my appointment with my new prescription, he had already checked that the frames I had bought for my last three pairs of glasses were no longer available. He had picked out some possible replacement options, and his first choice turned out to be my first choice, too. He always handles the ordering, insurance details, etc., quickly and professionally. So glad to have found this great neighborhood business.

I have been coming here for years since I was younger with my grandmother and have always looked forward to my appointments. Dr. Quong always takes the time and explains everything she is doing, all the results and answers all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Quong and Jeremy, at the front desk, very friendly, calm, personable, knowledgable, and professional. Jeremy is informative about insurance and is very prompt. During COVID, they have taken many extra precautions and have continued with them making me feel very safe when I go. They do take VSP insurance. Even after I moved to Dublin, I still make the trek and come here for my annual eye appointment! I highly recommend...read full review
