I have followed Dr.Kelly when he was at another office one day a week in San Mateo 10 -15 years ago. He was the bright star at this stuffy practice. I then moved to Minnesota and back to San Bruno, for a temporary assignment. I recently went for an eye exam at his office and found his staff very helpful and competent. They gave me the 'down home' treatment, which is pretty awesome!While waiting for my eyes to dilate, I overheard many repeat customers talking to the receptionist as she recognized each person, adding nice and welcoming words. This does not happen in the large city offices, with overcrowded and overturning staff.

Dr. Kelly and his assistant Eban are very professional and helpful in doing my tests and picking my glasses. They are also approachable and friendly - feel free to carry any small conversation, from restaurants, hobbies to family trips, with them! I was a customer here 2018~2021 (4 years). I did my annual exams and got three pairs of glasses here. I left just because I moved to San Diego from Bay Area.

Dr. Kelley and his staff have provided exceptional customer service each time I’ve ever come in for an appointment. I have been a customer for over 3 years, and every time I come in they make me feel comfortable. They are also super helpful in answering any questions I have, and finding my next pair of glasses.
