I had an amazing experience at K&K Optometry. The receptionist were incredibly helpful with verifying my insurance and making me feel comfortable during my appointment. Today, I saw Dr. Hung who was extremely knowledgeable and reassured any questions I had. I've also seen other doctors at their practice and they've been equally helpful! It's evident that all the doctors and staff really care about their patient!

Similar to other low cost prescription eye-care practitioners, generally a hurried in-out with little "personal touch" or customer engagement. Advice: go to this SFO Costco for your frames, but to a stand-alone Optometrist where you receive a degree of unhurried interest from the professional.

Having worn glasses for a long time now and started wearing contacts a few years back, I am really happy with the services at SFO Eye Care! All the doctors that have treated me here are really knowledgeable and caring! I love getting my eyes checked here and get my Costco shopping done at the same time. I love that there's no pressure to buy products here compare to other places I've been to. They don't upsell prices here since they don't are independent from Costco and really just focus on helping me with their professional services. I recommend my family and friends to come here as they are the best!
