“This is my opinion only and although the service was great I would like to note about the estimate process. I was shown and not given a written estimate and some parts wasn't legible plus this paper estimate wasn't given to me till after the work was done. Most other companies will give you a online or paper estimate for you to keep and a final estimate with total price of what they did and labor. Need to write the estimate more legible or give customers estimates online. There was a miscommunication on last service where I wanted to replace my gutters all around Oscar said my gutters were still good and I told him there was some leaks at parts of the gutter. I thought I paid $300 to fix the leaks and remove my leaf filter since we don't have any trees around our property. Then I found out they removed the leaf filter and only flushed the gutter for the price. Now, for sealing the leaks and repairing a gutter that's too low from eave will be $580.
Make sure you and the person giving the estimate are clear what you want done for the price you are paying before accepting the work to be done.“
