“Today I had an appointment for body skin check in the San Bernardino office. My provider was Claudia Salcido. I felt very comfortable with her and the other female assistant ( don't know her name.) I am in the medical field so I know what is good bed side manner and good practice technique and I am pleased that my experience today was excellent. I needed to have some samples taken of my skin which I didn't plan for , but they made me feel comfortable and took extra time with me. My wait was about a hour to be called but I did get there a little early. The front office staff was nice as well. I highly recommend Claudia Salcido as your provider. I loved that she first introduced herself and asked how my over all health is. I loved that I had an opportunity to address all my concerns. Just come prepared for your appt by checking in online through app , have your insurance card ready and ID and things should go smoothly. It is understandable if they run a little behind because not all patients are the same. I will update my review after my appointment for results. So far so good! Also , make sure you confirm your appointment because their time is valuable too and they do send text alerts out and phone calls . Sometimes their phones are busy but the squeaky wheel gets the oil so be persistent if needed on busy days. I don't leave a voice mail I just hit the button for return call back and they did call me back .“
