Came into the Loma Linda office a few days ago & had my first facial with the esthetician Lorena. I was really, really nervous as I never had a facial before, but Lorena made me feel really comfortable and was very helpful. I was really nervous because I have acne prone skin & very dry skin & wasn't sure if the facial would affect any of that. Lorena was so helpful she answered all my questions took the time to make me feel secure and really calmed my nerves. She made a customized facial for my skin type, and I left the office glowing! my skin looks so hydrated and refreshed. It's been about a week now & I'm still getting compliments on my skin. I am so happy I found a dermatologist office so close to where I live in Moreno Valley. The inside is very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I was nervous going into it but the staff made me feel welcomed. Jessica was very respectful and knowledgeable when she explained what I had. Her assistant was very quick and made sure I understood everything that was said. I wish I had come here sooner!

I did my annual skin check here with Jessica and asked couple questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk are very friendly. She responded quickly when I was having prescription questions. Will come back :)!
