I was referred here by my PCP and have never seen a specialist before. I found my experience here to be easy, quick, and welcoming! They sent me reminders and even called me to remind me of my appointment. The new patient onboarding in particular was very efficient and the physicians assistant who brought me in was helpful and friendly. I ended up having to have a biopsy and the doctor was very quick and gentle. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dermatology whether your concerns are pathological or cosmetic.

I'm very unhappy! I was told NOTHING of the situation I was getting into! I thought I'd be back to normal after just a few weeks. WRONG! I should have been prepared, and informed. I was not. I'm having complications, and they could care less! No calls to check on me...nothing! I heard the nurse tell doctor, I was being "unnecessarily" concerned about my wound, before entering my room, for wound check. I knew than, that my experience was taking a bad turn...and it did. Use caution when choosing a dermatologist. Use caution.when choosing this place!

Staff is incredibly awesome, I would also like to state that they listen to you they make you feel welcomed, and at home . Everyone at this office is amazing I look forward to visiting again.
