“I found my place! I dislike gyms but really needed to step up my physical activity. The program is quick and you get a great workout in 30 mins. The staff and coaches are so nice and you feel very comfortable around others that are in the same shape as you. Not a competitive vibe at all. All women. I love how they mix up the routine so it's not predictable and boring. And I sign up for classes so there's accountability. They are willing to discuss a calorie plan and diet tips as well. Love my new gym!!!“
“Very good place to exercise. Scott is always giving a different set of exercises so you always work out all the muscles. There is outdoor classes and zoom classes. I enjoy a lot going to the classes. And during these pandemic times he is ensuring safety amongst the students and providing sanitizers for each station. It's been great!“
“Erika is the BEST teacher!! She is professional and kind and skilled. This is the first type of exercise that has not hurt me after many injuries in my life. I'm very grateful to her and to have found Gyrotonics. I highly recommend her. Her studio is as peaceful as she is, and though I'm strengthening my body with her help, I feel like I'm restoring it as well. I always leave feeling calmer and more at peace while stronger and walking taller.“
