“Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing recently installed in our home a 2 zone Mitsubishi Ductless A/C & Heating inceiling units, compressor and an attic fan. Todd, the product manager came to our home assessing our air conditioning needs with several recommendations. Victor and Jose did an outstanding job in the installation. They paid attention to detail and protected my furniture with plastic covers so no dirt can get on it during their work. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything leaving our home and yard spotless. They were friendly and easy to work with. The office staff was very friendly too. I called the company and asked if they could come out and check one of my units. Jose came out within the hour. Their service is excellent. “I made an appointment with Patriot to look at my heating/cooling system at my house in Marin. The system blew air, but it was not very hot or cold when it should have been. Although it took a week to get them to my house, when the technician came, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They system was low on refrigerant and he added some. I was charged for 2 hours of time and the cost of a pound of refrigerant, which I think is very reasonable. Unfortunately some other companies would have recommended a whole new heating/ac system even though only a simple fix was needed. I commend Patriot for their honesty and reasonable fees.“

“Love them!! Doke's did our HVAC system and rough plumbing for our remodel a few years ago and we've worked with them ever since. Just had a plumbing issue and they sent a guy out 20 minutes later and in the evening. It was amazing. Enrique was awesome! Fixed the problem and was such a nice, honest guy. I had gotten a quote from another plumber and it was WAY more expensive and they wanted to do way more than what was necessary. Doke's is honest, pricing is competitive and people are always nice to work with.“

“Honest and Knowledgeable--Highly Recommended!We have a through-the-wall air conditioner which started to make some new noises when turned off. I called JB Refrigeration. As it was not an emergency (not a hot spell), he came out a few days later and after listening to my AC, diagnosed the problem. We discussed several alternatives (being an older, cheaper unit and he wasn't sure he could even fix it), we settled on one (no repair) and we were done. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and the fact that he was willing to discuss a no repair option (for the time being and until it went completely kaput). This gives me time to research getting a replacement unit. He even offered to come back and help with the install if needed.In a heart beat, I would call him back if needed.“

“Well, I didn't actually make a purchase from Radiant Way (my project took a new direction) but the service was so outstanding that I felt compelled to write a 5 star review. I called and spoke with Jenine on several occasions about underfloor heating (actually the manufacture of the product I was interested in suggested I call Radiant Way which is hos I found them) and she was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone. When I had a concern about my tile installer working with the product Jenine told me not to worry that he could even talk to the owner of the company for advice if he needed it. This type of quality service is hard to find in the home remodeling arena I have found so hats off to Radiant Way & Jenine for 5 start service!“

“Brought my Ford van in needing to get the A/C working same day. I suspected freon was out. They took me right away (go at 8am when they open), were very professional. Determined it was indeed out of freon, but also had a condenser leak that long term meant condenser needed replacing. Thw whole thing took less than an hour. Only reason for no fifth star is, they did not tell me before starting there was a $125 minimum inspection fee. The whole job was $225 which is high compared to a typical $75-100 freon replacement. But, they took me right away, found the long term problem and were very professional as I said.“
