Animal Health Center provides quick and gentle care for pets. The staff is kind, understanding, and welcoming, treating furry friends like family. They are efficient and effective, handling emergency situations with empathy and kindness. The center accommodates urgent appointments and provides thorough care, making pet owners feel confident in their pet's treatment and grateful for the service.
New customer, no greeting, no acknowledgment at all. Not impressed at all. The doctor said my dog was over weight. He’s a rescue and weighed 12 pounds when I rescued him now he’s 14 pounds doesn’t look overweight at all. The the doctor told me my dog was 3 years old. I’ve had him for 6 years and he was probably a year old when I rescued him. After all was said and done I received my paperwork on on it they wrote down my dog is 3 years old. Not to mention it’s expensive. It came to $185. I called my old vet to ask what they would have charged and they said $89
Had a pet emergency and they took me in. I did wait a while but they were just overloaded with emergencies that day. Overall they are attentive and happy to help diagnose your pet and recommendations were clear.
My old dog woke up with her face all swollen on one side. They saw her quickly and they were very sweet and gentle with her. Although it looks like it's going to be a long process I am confident it the care she will be receiving.
