“Great powerlifting gym! I dropped in to squat and bench. I thought I was in the wrong place at first because it's a residential neighborhood, and you go in through Kyle's driveway to the gym, which is his garage. Kyle was super welcoming and he gave me a brief tour. A lot of equipment in a compact space. Calibrated 25-kg plates and the rest are pound plates. Two squat racks, a bench rack, and a deadlift platform, plus a bunch of accessory stuff like an air bike and kettlebells.“
“I joined the Barbells and Buns for beginners, I was intimated since I have never done weight training before . Omg, this class was amazing and Coach @wyrickerica is awesome. She pushes you and recognizes your newbie limitations. I’ve signed up for more classes after the beginner sessions . Can’t wait to see the new healthier me.“

“I used to be a Pilates instructor myself and I have truly enjoyed all the classes I take each week here at ReForm! I tend to take classes from Melissa and Jason who are both well educated instructors. Jason’s classes are always fun and entertaining as he likes to sing along with some of the songs. I always appreciate how great ReForm instructors are at modifying as needed for each client individually so nobody feels left out and no one gets injured!<br>I would highly recommend taking a class here if you haven’t yet!“
