“This is my 4th week at bbfit. I’ve done a couple pop in classes here and there but this month I actually signed up for the 7 week session! I absolutely love this gym! Every single trainer makes you feel welcomed and they are all very encouraging! What I love most about bbfit is the variety of class times that they offer and how the classes are always different, never the same workout! It makes the time fly by and makes me want to come back again and again! I’m hooked!!“

“My son has never been so happy since coronavirus started he gained a lot of weight & just fell into depression on top of that has anxiety and a lot of self-esteem issues because of the weight let's just say it's probably the best decision I could of made as a single mom trying to figure out a way to get him some help when we met with his school counselor was going to set up some kind of therapy for him wich he was all for last time we spoke about it but turns out he said he feels he don't need it and she asked what is he doing differently and I was like oh yeah he is in boxing she said that was the best therapy I could have given him some good job Mom never felt So Good because when I signed him up it was a surprise because he had brought it up and I just wasn't really sure if he was down with it but was hoping it could be something he'd be into and I knew it could be good for a little therapy didn't realize it would be that great turns out it was his scene and he felt like everything just fell off his shoulders ?? everyone there is so helpful he says and make sure he gets the help he needs when needed never had a chance to tell any of the staff there cuz they're always so busy so I usually just drop him off and go but it needs to be said love this place for sure I mean it helped my son in so many ways people just couldn't imagine what a huge difference it's made in his life he has lost 13 lbs in 2 months so for him and for me of course thanks to everyone who has been involved with helping and making my son feel at home comfortable❣️❣️❣️“
