I was told, by another local HVAC company, I had a list of issues and tried to, unfortunately, scare me into purchasing 6 thousand dollars worth of unnecessary services. When I called Loves, the receptionist, I believe her name was Lawanda (Please forgive me if I am wrong)--was very empathetic and sent out Nathan to check for free. I am so happy with Nathan's honest and prompt service. His knowledge of HVAC was a breath of fresh air. Love's saved us thousands (literally). Although I had service with the other company, I decided to switch over and requested Nathan as our permanent technician. Great guy. Great service. Stellar company. Thank you! “I had senior tech, Chris Hayes coming over to do an inspection on my air conditioning and heating system, and he was great on his explanations. He helped us making the decision to get a newer unit because my old one was not safe to operate no more. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Next day around 7 AM there installers crew arrived to my house which is a two-story. Take cover all the floors and work very hard. I am impressed with the job they did. “Just wanted to add a review for Action Appliance. They were recommended by our local appliance shop to install a new fridge that we bought earlier this year after our old one died. Initially we were scheduled out a couple of weeks, but they were willing to call us back as cancellations popped up and they were eventually able to get us in a few days earlier, which was much appreciated. On install day, they did a fantastic job of taking out the old fridge and putting in the new one - both guys worked as a team and were careful about getting the fridge in properly and aligned with the existing cabinet and flooring. It took several hours to get the fridge fully installed, but they stayed late to make sure it was ready to go before they left. We had a small issue after installation, and they sent someone up within a couple of days to take a look at it with the factory rep on the phone, which was also super helpful.“
