Zach has a very professional and calm manner. His expertise was very helpful with all the questions that I had and made me feel comfortable with my evaluation of the property. With all my experience and others that are out there, I'm definitely calling Zach back for the next inquiry as I was very happy with my experience.

Zack Alber purchased my home from my previous owner at the end of March and I rented from him until October 18. He harassed me with popping up at my house numerous times on the weekends at 10 AM in the morning Friday night at 8 o'clock numerous times unexpected which is against the law. He also left me and my family on Aug 3 until the next two weeks without a air conditioner. I reported it on August 3 he sent his maintenance man over and I missed him by eight minutes. I spoke with Zack 30 minutes later and he told me he didn't know when his guy was able to be able to come back. From then on he ignored me for the next two weeks so I went and purchased my own air conditioner. I also upgraded the vanity in his bathroom previous vanity cost 200 I actually spent 400 on the second one. He didn't care he didn't appreciate that. I also had a gentleman that does my lawn care cut down the tree limb that saved him a lot of money he did not care. He continued to harass me for more rent and also made me 92 dollars extra every month because he wanted the rent on the first as I didn't get paid until the 3rd. He's horrible! As of right now he wants to rent my old house at 617 Granger for 2300 With no back door no dishwasher no central heat air no dryer and the driveway is all cracked up and it floods during the winter. Please be aware save your money do your homework I don't advise you to rent from Zack Alber. He may be able to sell houses or sell your house but as far as a landlord he gets zero stars. He also had the audacity to ask me for my brand new air conditioner that I had to purchase because he left me hanging he asked me for the air conditioner after I moved. He's crazy rude and inconsiderate. Save your money and do your homework.

Hi. I have used Zack Alber as a realtor in Sacramento on two occasions. Once in 2012 to purchase a home, and then in 2021 to sell the same home. Prior to using Zack on both occasions I consulted and pseudo interviewed other realtors--on both occasions I opted to use Zack Alber's services and have not regretted it. When he recently sold my home for over the listing price he kept me informed throughout the process and quickly responded to phone calls and questions that I had. He also seemed to work well with the other realtor, perhaps keeping the deal alive through a potential rough spot. Zack worked hard for the sale of my home I believe.
