Zack helped us find the perfect home. Shopping is very anxiety ridden but he is always cool and calm. He gives excellent guidance and good advice. He always responds quickly whether by text, phone or email any time, any day. We were so fortunate to find him to work with. He is a 5*, a 12 on a 1 to 10, truly the best!

Unprofessional. I sent an inquiry on a home and was called quickly by Zach. He didn't give me much info but collected enough to set an apt. Everything spiraled down from there. For our apt thats was 2 days later, I arrived and had to wait for him, and he showed up unprepared and did not greet us or make a professional introduction, not even a hand shake... It took him about 30 min to gather the necessary information. His pitch was to down talk the home I was intrested in and tell me how difficult it would be to proceed. Then after 2 min presented us a contract. He wanted me to be bound to buy from him or pay him $950 if I didnt use his company.I thanked him for wasting...read full review
