“We have had such bad experiences with vets prior to this, so this was a lovely change. Everyone was helpful and approachable. We really appreciated how cat friendly the office was and how upfront the office was with costs and procedures. It was also reassuring how many of the staff from our vet to the front desk use the same medication our cat was prescribed for their cats at home.“

“I had such a great experience with VIP Petcare! The pre-registration process was simple and quick, and once I arrived, I was in and out within 15 minutes. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. In fact, they reviewed what I had chosen and even told me I didn’t need one of the add ons. That honesty goes a long way. The best part was the price. What I paid was extremely affordable. I usually leave the vet paying around $500 per cat, but this visit only cost me $52. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend VIP Petcare to other pet parents.“

“My little queen needed some help with derm issues so I took a chance on a new vet (new to us, rather) & I’m very happy I did. Sasha and the team were kind & loving to my sweet baby & gave her the royal treatment she deserves; equally awesome, they explained everything to me, gave us ample products for the queen’s treatment, and they listened/cared about my concerns. Perhaps best of all, I told them Lu has anxiety around other dogs and they performed her intake from outside by our car. I once had a vet in Sacramento forget i was in the waiting room while I tried to be patient and wait for them to come to me; broadway’s lobby is small but comfortable so I don’t feel I must keep reminding staff we exist (apparently sometimes it’s not enough to be physically oresent?$. We shall be back with any future issues the pack may have!

Edit: my review above from 2023 holds firm as my sweet little baby has an ear issue and Broadway Vet has been so great to work with, Dr Sasha very genuinely cares about Lu and that matters 100,000%. Literally the best in town.“

“Highly recommend them if you have rescue kittens or fosters. They are very affordable and great about working you in. They work with rescue and foster pet parents and are very accommodating. They also offer payment options for rescue parents bringing in foster care or dogs for a non profit. They love what they do. Definitely recommend“

“Updated for 2024! My family has now been taking animals to this facility for years - since 2014! When we first started coming here, we primarily had Dr. Chapman as our vet, but over time we saw Dr. Sangani more and more. A word of advice: the older reviews for the Dr. that talk about rudeness or lack of bedside manner weren't dishonest - /then/. Since 2014 Dr. Sangani has become our *favorite vet*, his manner of speaking and explaining things to people has become so much more welcoming, understanding and patient. Over the years we have fostered a good relationship with him and the wonderful front staff people. It's a relief to know that we can call at 8am and be able to speak to someone on the phone, get advice on what's going on with our pet, and be told to bring them in for help(usually the same week!). If they can't help us, they will refer us to someone who can, but 9/10 times we've been able to have a quick visit, get an antibiotic shot/anti-inflammatory and be on our way. Dr. Sangani also does X-rays and surgeries on site, and he helped us when our older car broke his hind leg years ago. We came out of that with a tri-pawd cat who lived another year or two, happily stumping around on three legs, before the meds he got every week could no longer keep up with his hyperthyroidism. We have had to make the decision to let multiple animals go due to illness over the years, and every time the staff here are kind and considerate - I feel like they love our animals almost as much as we do, and really see the pain we always have in making that final decision. Our house is full of a bunch of softies, so we have a habit of rescuing strays. Because we bring in so many in-need animals ourselves, we understand why Dr. Sangani does the trips he does. Be aware that for at least a couple weeks (sometimes more) a year, the hospital will be closed as Dr. Sangani does missions (a la Doctors without Borders) to help animals in less privileged countries. I am proud to be supporting a vet clinic that does things like that. 5/5 stars for us, and our 9 furry felines (+1 stray we are fostering at the moment!).“

“We moved here about a year ago and needed somewhere to take our furry family members. The staff is always so nice and they understand that I am a bit overprotective of my dogs? setting up shot appointments was super easy when it was ti.e and they handle our picky pups great!“

“I found this local spot off of Nextdoor. Staff was very friendly, got an appointment very quickly. Small office and appears only one assistant to help the doctor plus answer phones / greet guests. Wait time was a little long which can be stressful for high energy pets..parking was easy. Prices were a bit high compared to other vet offices.“

“Very clean and spacious lobby. Could use an outdoor trash for the dog poop. I put it in my truck bed didn't feel lobby was right place. The exam room got warm waiting for vet to arrive it was a good 15 minute wait for the vet. Stuff happens right? The vet was friendly, listened well and answered all our questions. I felt my dog received good care and we were treated respectfully. I will return with my pets.“

“you deliver when others turned us down. last month allie needed medical help and we tried several hospital in area and where turned down, when we called capital pets animal hospital they inmediately took charge and saw our girl and helped her in her pain. we have gone back twice since and always do their best in caring for her. we are blessed our allie is better thanks to dRavraj Manhas dvm and his assistants.“
