Vista did what others could not. My primary care told us prepare for our loves passing. 16 year old, bully breed, beautiful, happy girl. Doctor did his best and things got complicated. A week later we expected to have to say goodbye to our little monster (Alexandra Amanda). Doctor Sarah Cocherell gave us the honest, fair possibilities. I had my first pet emergency situation on New Years Eve. My husky was in a horrible dog fight and left him in horrible shape. I called Vista and receptionost immediately gave me a run down of how all of the check in process works. $185 for the emergency assessment and then they give you your options of how much it is for everything they think your baby needs. I’ve had my share of vets and this vet was extremely empathetic. Very thorough and very informative. I trusted her very much. I have brought my puppy here a couple of times for what I deemed an emergency. I absolutely love the staff. My puppy loves the staff and is always comfortable with them for a dog who is a bit skittish. I wish they were a normal vet so I could utilize their amazing service all the time. Especially since my dog never shows signs of being scared or nervous about being brought to the back with them like I have experienced at at least two normal vet clinics.
