* Brief waits - I was there twice. * Clean facilities. * MDs on staff. * Polite front desk staff. * The MD I saw (Maxwell) was very knowledgeable regarding severe Traveler's Diarrhea - he prescribed the correct tests and proper antibiotic and he followed through. * Lab draws (blood & stool samples) were properly done and handled. * Lab results were reported in proper time. * Follow-up questions were welcome. * Best Urgent Care that I have visited in Sacramento. * Not open 24/7, but does have long hours open daily.
We had such a wonderful experience during our visit at the Sutter walk-in clinic! We were sick to say the least but originally only my youngest had an appointment we could schedule. Once there, I asked if I could be seen as well and they were able to squeeze me in. After getting us evaluated, Dr recommended my other son be seen as well, and was able to see him at the same time. Natalie was great with all of us and was very patient and understanding! Dr. Colleen was awesome, she took care of us all without hesitation. Can’t say I’ve had a better walk-in experience before.
The facility is great as it's new and clean. The entire process of requesting, getting it, and the person who did the injection was really helpful of question and doing the injection. The entire process of getting my #2 Booster was a piece of cake!
