I attended few sessions and found it very educational. The coaches are very nice and professional. The complementary session was kindly received and I learned alot. All was one on one and techniques can be used for self defense on every occasion that situation calls for. Rates were affordable and no contracts.

We're the only dojo in the greater Sacramento area teaching authentic traditional Aikido as taught by the Saito family in Iwama, Japan (Shin shin Aiki Shurenkai), the birthplace of Aikido. Unlike many other Aikido schools the curriculum focuses heavily on basics of structure and position and the weapons practice with Bokken and Jo.
