“In 2021 I hired Benning Design and Construction for structural work. The primary concern was in the garage. A crack had formed in the main beam. It felt like a "when" will it break, rather than an "if" it will break. This was a risk to my family.The entire experience with the company was positive, they even brought in a structural engineer to design and approve of the solution. Their repair is magnificent. I can't be happier with their work. I no longer worry each time there is a storm. I think the work from Benning Design and Construction is so good, that it will last infinitely.Additional work was done on our patio. Everything is much improved. However, the garage work just pleases me so much.The company does quality work that will last. Sacramento is lucky to have them.“

“Our home needed fresh exterior paint. Jose promptly responded to a request for a quote and spent some time discussing the project with us and answering questions. We decided to proceed with the project and cannot be happier with the results. Jose and his team were on time, did quality work, and did everything they said they would do. You could tell from the careful nature of their prep work that this would be a quality job. Our house looks great, and I am confident the paint job will last many years. “I went to at least six other tile stores before finding Palm, with Kerry assisting us with a big project. The other places I went to had basically sales people just pointing out tiles to choose from.Kerry not only helped with the tile selection and coordination, but with design and all of the details that other places I went to just didn't know how to do; such as borders, edging, grout color selection etc.It was so refreshing to work with Kerry at Palm Design - she is truly a professional designer, as well as being efficient, and demonstrating a friendly and kind demeanor throughout the whole process. I am already thinking of other projects to do now that we found a great designer at a great store!
