During the storm the week before Thanksgiving 2024, we had a roof leak! Our insurance company gave me the number to CRBR. One call and they went into action! I had renters who made a house unlivable by abandoning animals in it. The smell was off the charts bad. Initial efforts to just clean did nothing. CRBR came in and assessed the problem correctly. They removed drywall and flooring and made adjustments along the way as needed when more pet urine damage was noted, requiring subfloor removal. Qyntyn in remediation, and Chris and William in reconstruction did a great job looking after our needs and responding when we had questions. The house is livable and happily lived in again.
