I have been to this Urgent Care a few times for different ailments. They are always very professional and thorough with their examination. They take the time to listen to what symptoms you are experiencing and always provide a sound diagnosis and path to heal. Top notch!
Though having to wait a bit longer (could be non urgent issue); everyone especially the main person (a doctor assistant or nurse practitioner) trying to help me, have been very caring.
We visited Sutter Urgent Care and had a good experience except the wait was too long over an hour,as we were sitting in the waiting room all the people step in after us, had been seen and left. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, caring and listening to concerns.
