I could charge by the hour and take my sweet time and just charge a ridiculous price that way. If you have a problem with your plumbing and we fix it in a timely manner, give a customer some information/knowledge on what it is we repaired; and also are friendly and personable. “Come home on late Sunday night after a long trip, to realized no water supply at home! Next day I found out water supply at my home was shut off due to broken backflow prevention assembly. Bret responded in less than a minutes and arrived on site shortly to troubleshoot the cause. As soon as he identified the cause and recommended the solution. Everything was resolved quickly as soon as he found the parts to replace. Best yet, Bret took care of all the paperwork needed yo submit to CA American Water. Unbelievable, my water heater started acting up and leak the same time he was leaving. Bret was very kind to try help look at it. Since this is not his expertise, he refer a trusted vendor that can help troubleshoot my water heater issue. And he was right, the vendor he referred is as professional and proficient as him. Mike Lozano called us right away to communicate and necessitate job details. Mike and his partners Zach and Andrew came to our place at close of business on a Friday after 5pm as opposed to banker’s hours, as they understood the urgency in which we needed our house up and running per normal.
I understand usually this is a one-man job, but Mike came with a team and completed a successful wh replacement complete, thorough, and professional. Pipe brazing, exhaust and drain-pipe rerouting and correct modifications were done to code standards, start-up , and clean up , etc etc!
Mike and his guys did a fantastic and professional job! And in my opinion set the example for others to follow. Will be calling Mike from Liberty Plumbing from here on out.“

It had been completely refurbished 5 years ago and it seemed pretty clear that we were having a leaking problem. The amount of water that it would lose seemed irregular and we were constantly refilling it. The inspector took great care in investigating any and all potential leaks, walked me through all of his testing and results and we finally got to the heart of the problem. But to be absolutely sure, he went the extra step and set up a last test to observe for 24 hours to see if we indeed found the problem solved. So thorough. So thoughtful and very kind. “I had a unfortunate pipe leak in my foundation. I called NewFlow and Armond was very nice and patient over the phone. He referred me to a leak detector professional and found the leak. They had to cut open my floor and walls and jack hammer the concrete in the foundation and found the leaking pipe.

Unfortunately doing so, another pipe was hit and damaged during the jack hammering, so they fixed that too.

It was a nightmare, and a very expensive repair. But it was really hard work.

Armond and his brother Art did a very professional job and was very patient and professional during the entire process. Kept the home as clean as possible.

They are very experienced and do a professional job, and I highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. After this experience, I think they can fix almost any plumbing issue.
